In New Zealand in one year alone there were 11,708 reported dog attacks, that's more than 30 dog bites per day! Sam's Dog Rules passionately believe there is an urgent need for education to be made available to all New Zealand children, adults, families and communities. A lack of knowledge of the language that dogs understand and respond to has led to significant levels of trauma in the lives of c
hildren and adults in New Zealand, and has brought about the unnecessary destruction of thousands of dogs that could otherwise have been avoided. Sam's Dog Rules teaches children and adults to recognize the language that dogs relate to. Dogs have a canine understanding, not a human understanding, of the way things should be. Learn to understand what dogs need from humans. This will ensure safe interaction and a safe environment for both humans and dogs. Who are we:
