We had an awesome Friday in Mako Room! Constable Ken came in for a chat with us about his line of work and Pearl Jam and TJ were very brave standing up in front of the whole school to share what we have been doing in Mako Room so far this term! Have a great weekend whānau, remember teacher only days on Monday and Tuesday so no tamariki at school 🤍

Another awesome week in the Mako room. This week we have been learning the history of poi toa and how to play. We have also been learning our basic pepeha. Today the lovely ladies from the aquarium are coming in to teach us about sea grass and how important it is to our eco system 🫶🏻
