We would like extend our gratitude for your understanding of our team being off site this last Friday.

Hoults Doors server has been hacked and the hackers have encrypted our entire system including all current files and backups. We have IT experts working through the weekend and into next week to help get us operating. We will keep you informed as things develop. Please be kind and patient.
URGENT NOTICE:
Please note due to staff isolating, we have had to close the front office to all customers.
Customers are requested to call or email us to arrange collection of goods. That way, we can ensure that the paperwork is done and waiting at the rear of our building.
If you are a cash sale customer, and you have been advised that your order is ready for collection or delivery, please make payment online and then contact us by phone or email as above, attaching your payment confirmation. We will then organise an allocated isolated pick-up point for you.
Also please note that deliveries, if required, will be undertaken with zero contact.
Unfortunately, this is an unavoidable situation at the worst time, and we apologise for the delay.
