We are thrilled to announce that the Government has introduced significant changes to the qualification requirements for Home-Based Early Childhood Education (ECE) Services, paving the way for a new, dynamic career pathway for Home-Based Educators. This initiative will enhance flexibility, allowing Educators to complete their on-the-job training while gaining valuable qualifications.
These advancements will make a positive impact for both Educators seeking employment and families in need of quality care. Every Educator will be either trained or in training, guaranteeing a qualified workforce dedicated to achieving outstanding outcomes for children.
Now is the ideal time to embrace the opportunities within home-based ECE!
