WSX is back, and the 2026 season is off to a flying start in Calgary, Canada🔥

The opening round saw a strong showing from several riders running some of our key brands, with podium finishes across both SX1 and SX2.

🏆 SX1 - Cooper webb
Webb kicked off his first full-time WSX season with the overall win, going 2-1 in Calgary. Twin Air on board.

🥈 SX1 - Dean Wilson
Wilson kept it consistent with two third-place finishes to take P2 overall. RK Chains on the bike.

🥉 SX1 - Justin Hill
Hill took the opening SX1 race win before a crash in race two dropped him back. He fought his way to P3 overall, running Leatt + Renthal.

🥈 SX2 - Michael Hicks
Hicks put together a strong opening round to take P2 overall in SX2, running Renthal + RK Chains.

🥉 SX2 - Cameron McAdoo
McAdoo rounded out the SX2 podium with a P3 overall, running Renthal + Twin Air + RK Chains.

A strong opening round for the riders putting a mix of Leatt, Renthal, RK and TwinAir to work at one of the highest levels of supercross. 🔥

A strong P8 in qualifying put Cormac right in the mix, and he showed the pace to run with the front group in Moto3. 💪

Cormac was looking set for a good Moto3 race. Unfortunately, a technical issue brought his race to an early end.

The result doesn't tell the full story. P8 in qualifying, strong race pace and plenty of positives to take away. 👏

RK recommends that you inspect your chain prior to each ride and follow proper chain maintenance procedures to get the longest life out of your chain.

🛠️ MAINTENANCE:
All Chains require maintenance and lubrication. For off-road use, clean and l**e the chain after every ride. For street chains, clean and l**e the chain every 200 miles or 300 km for non-sealed chains and 300 miles or 500 km for sealed chains.

Clean the chain with a mineral oil based cleaner and a soft cloth to remove excess dirt and grit. Do not use any cleaner that contains acid, caustic chemicals or brake cleaner to maintain your chain.

Do not use coarse brushes to clean your chain as they could damage the rubber seals. Avoid steam cleaning and high pressure water on both sealed and non-sealed chains. These actions can contaminate the internal lubricant which can cause premature chain wear.

💦 LUBRICATION:
Keeping your chain clean and generously lubricated with a quality motorcycle specific chain l**e will ensure the long life and performance of the chain. If the chain has seals, be sure to use an O-Ring safe chain lubricant.
