After a long break between posts I'm pleased to announce that I will have fresh large trays of beef lasagna available next week starting Monday . All made from scratch and correct food hygiene practices followed. Will feed 6 to 8 people. Contactless payment and collection only. Payment must be recieved before you collect. One tray = $22. Will be available for collection from Monday afternoon. Collection is in Queenwood Hamilton.

Fresh made Whittaker's ginger caramel cheesecake. Used Philadelphia cream cheese, cream, Whittaker's ginger caramel chocolate and mix of ginger nuts, krispie biscuits and digestive bikkies for the base. Fund raising for tutoring for a dyslexic child. Pickup is in Chartwell/Queenwood area after 445pm. Message as numbers are limited. Price is $10

Today I have freshly made 2 large beef lasagnes. They are $20 each. First in first served. Pickup is in chartwell.
Also I have 2 slabs of chocolate caramel slice (also known as millionaires Square). They are a coconut shortcake base with a layer of homemade caramel and topped with a layer of of milk chocolate ganache. They measure 27cm long by 17cm wide. Very decadent. They are $20 per slab great value when you consider the size and price of one square in a bakery or cafe. Happy to offer half slabs for $10. Also first in first served. Pickup is in chartwell also.
