Hello to all Thorough cuts customers hope all are well today marks the first day of Level 3 and the first day of spring here are just a few thing you need to know how I will operate in Level 3 any questions just flick me a message. Keep safe.

How will we operate in a way that keeps us & others safe from
COVID-19
- TCPM Customers have been informed prior to their lawns
been mowed
- Maintain 2 mtr social distancing with customers
- Wear work gloves
- TCPM WILL Cease work if we start to feel unwell
- TCPM will Record date of work to allow contract tracing
- Request electronic payment as best practice
- If the customer wants cash they can arrange with TCPM a
predetermined place to leave it before we turn up

How TCPM customers can help us -

- Please do not approach us while we are on the premises as
we want to minimise the risk of exposure for everyone
- Please clear anything off the lawn to allow us to have as little
contact as possible with any toys, bikes, etc
- Please lock your dogs away, as much as we love dogs, Level
3 is a no-pat time for our furry friends
- Please understand that we have had a lot of customers that
want a mow in the first few days so we cannot do all the
lawns. We'll have all of our lawns cut within 10 working days.
- Due to the amount of work TCPM have & the fact that we'll
be dealing with a lot of overgrown lawns, we'll be cutting high
on our first visit
- Please let TCPM know if you are feeling sick or self-isolating
due to illness and/or being quarantined or have traveled in
the last 21 days so we can reschedule after the self-isolating
period has ended.

Sorry for any inconvenience while we are all on lock down our Business is not classed as an essential Business. Just want to thank all our customers for keeping us going this long we will be back up and running once we are aloud out of lock down.
