How to celebrate International Dance Day the GASP way:
1. 💜 Move in a way that works for you - big, small, fast, slow
2. ♿ Adapt the space - chairs, wheels, quiet corners, support people
3. 👯 Dance in community - connection over perfection
4. 🎧 Follow what feels good - music, silence, rhythm, repetition
5. 🧠 Pace yourself - rest is part of dancing
6. Dance belongs to you - exactly as you are

At GASP!, we value access, autonomy, and care — for ourselves and each other.
That’s what makes dance sustainable, joyful, and real.

Check out for a timetable a fun weekend of dance opportunities!

At GASP! Dance Trust, we believe dance belongs to everybody and every body.

International Dance Day is a chance to celebrate movement in all its forms — especially the ones that are often excluded, overlooked, or underestimated.

Here, difference isn’t something to work around.
It’s what makes the dance.

Check out for a timetable of fun dance opportunities happening this weekend.
