A new peer support cafe opening in Kaikorai Valley at the Synergy Wellness Rooms on Wednesdays from 1pm to 8pm.

Snacks and drinks available, someone to chat to if you are feeling a little overwhelmed with life. Quiet spaces to chill out, arts, crafts, games and a sensory space.

Group education session on Mental Health available at 6pm.

Mum of five, Dr Tawa Hunter, named New Zealand Junior Doctor of the Year - NZ Herald Staff at Rotorua Hospital today honoured her achievement with a haka and presentation.
