One of the best things about or Brewing Programme is the chance to experiment.
The team have created a Baltic Porter and are aging it in one of our old Pinot Noir Wine Barrels.’
Baltic porter, think caramel toffee flavours with plum, raisin and current aroma plus the magic of the barrel.
Should be bottled and tasting great June next year’
