Thanks to all of the teachers we meet on and off our mats along our paths.. remember that sometimes the best teachers and lessons in our lives can be the ones that enter when we are least expecting them. Therefore give everyone and everything your attention and presence. A simple chance encounter, a stranger we pass in the street and have a 2min conversation with, or that person who perhaps 'irritates' us can sometimes hold the greatest gifts and lessons for us, if we have the eyes, ears, patience and awareness to receive and feel them in the moment.. Keep learning, living and don't be afraid to love and act fiercely with the energy and passion of the tiger / tigeress with all of your heart!
