i have ordered for “two” many times in my life.
just me in the car, eating in the carpark, alone & throwing the rubbish in a public bin so no one knew.
food felt like the only thing I had, the one moment in the day i could relax and because no one was watching no one was judging me.
…apart from me 🫣
i didn’t have a willpower problem (although I didn’t know that at the time) — i had a 15 year coping pattern that I didn’t understand.
that’s what I coach now, more about the stuff underneath the drive thru behaviour rather than the food itself because that’s the s**t no one is teaching on.
