Simple egg, ham and spinach muffins! Well worth the preparation time and once they’re made, you have quick heat-and-eat breakfast option. You will need:

✅ 10 eggs
✅ 1 cup chopped ham
✅ 1 cup chopped spinach

Preheat your oven to 175 degrees Celsius. Mix the ingredients together in a mixing bowl. Lightly grease your muffin tray with olive oil and spoon your mixture into 12 muffin tin servings. Bake for 20-25 minutes.

This is not a “10kg in 10 days” diet.
This is extreme calorie restriction dressed up as wellness.

Plans like this don’t lead to fat loss — they lead to:
• rapid water loss
• muscle loss
• fatigue and low energy
• and weight regain once normal eating resumes

If losing weight meant starving yourself on eggs, apples and green tea, no one would struggle long term.

Real progress comes from eating enough, strength training, and doing something you can actually stick to.

You don’t need to drink protein shakes every day to get results.

They don’t “boost your metabolism.”
They don’t magically build muscle.
And they’re not a requirement for fat loss or strength.

Protein shakes are just a tool — useful sometimes, unnecessary most of the time.

Real progress comes from:
• consistent strength training
• enough total protein (from food or shakes)
• proper recovery

Not from turning nutrition into a supplement checklist.
