Ribbonwood (Plagianthus Regius)

Growth Rapid growth rate. Height 4m after 5 years, grows to 12 metres. Juvenile form has upright with small leaves and interlacing branches (divaricating), with age the leaves become larger and the trees spreads out. Semi deciduous, has small creamy white flowers.

Climate - Tolerates a wide range of conditions, dry to moist, sun to partial shade.

Uses - Native plantings: gardens, revegetation, shelter belts and riparian planting

Carpodetus serratus - Marble leaf 2.5L $8.00

Very attractive NZ Native tree that grows to 10m tall and 4m wide. The tree has marbled leaves with white flowers in spring and then purple fruit. The tree does best in moist shaded sites, it is not suited to drought and windy sites and can be frost tender when they are young.

Trees are in a 2.5L pot and are on average 600 to 800mm above the pot.

Corokia Gentry, grow to two metres, have yellow flowers in spring, red berries in Autumn. Needs full sun and good drainage. 2.5pots $10.00 each.
