Kids need dads.

Not just physically present, but emotionally available, healthy, and able to show up through life's challenges.

Men's Mental Health Month is a reminder that wellbeing matters. Strong mental health helps us build stronger relationships, navigate life's ups and downs, and be the parent our children need us to be.

For many dads, asking for support can be difficult. Yet some of the strongest steps we can take are reaching out, staying connected, and recognising that we don't have to carry everything alone.

Self-representing litigants are continuing to strain the court system 03/07/2025

A large part of what we do is to offer guidance to our clients who opt to self-represent in the Family Court. It not only assists our clients, it is a service that also assists the Court, and ultimately to assist the child to get a result that is in the child's best interests.

2025 marks 25 years of us doing this work.

We also help with clients dealing with family violence matters. Getting clients expectations in check and teaching the merits of good conduct is imperative.

We are fortunate to have access to legally trained staff in our wider organisation and the Courts are generally grateful to have us there to assist these parents who choose to self-represent. We can only offer this as a free service, so we appreciate all the funding, donations, and volunteer help we receive from the community.

If you would also like to help, we would love to hear from you.
