Here’s a friendly reminder that we can still customise your chosen unit when buying off the plans!!!

Whilst we cannot change anything related to the building consent, we are more than happy to work with our purchasers on some of the finer details, such as colours and finishings!

In these examples, we swapped out the splash back selection to a Matt finish, including light grey grout, and in the other, upgraded the window furnishings to enable sheers blinds for added privacy!

Nothing major, but these are the little reasons why purchasers decide to work with Queenwood!

Hey Facebook, it’s me again, Curtis 👋

Back with a quick update from Leamington, Cambridge!

London Lane is almost complete, with the final finishing touches now underway. We’ve now sold 7 of the 8 homes and can’t wait to welcome our purchasers into their new homes. 🏡🎉

Meanwhile, just over the fence, we’ve officially kicked off our next development at 32A Shelley Street.

We’ve taken on board the feedback from buyers and designed 4x three bedroom homes specifically for active downsizers and professional families. 🏌️🚶🐶

If you’ve been following the London Lane journey, you’ll definitely want to keep an eye on this one.

P.S. It was freezing filming this… bring on spring so I can retire the puffer jacket. 😅
