The Lemon Grove

Feather-light lemon sponge, delicately perfumed with St-Germain, are layered with silky, tart yet sweet lemon curd, and a cloud of lemon mascarpone cream. Lovingly wrapped in a luscious white chocolate ganache. Scattered meringue droplets are nestled amongst whorls of lemon curd and shards of dried lemon.

The Hazelnut Affair

At its heart lies a delicate toasted hazelnut dacquoise, lightly crisp at the edges with a tender, nutty chew within. Lush pear adds soft sweetness and gentle juiciness, while bursts of blackberry bring a deep, sun-kissed brightness. Between the layers sits a rich, slightly bittersweet dark chocolate ganache and clouds of soft and silky mascarpone cream.

The Gilded Root

Layers of sponge are deeply aromatic and moist, woven with finely grated carrots, warm spice, and a whisper of toasted sweetness. Delicately moist almond sponge enriched with espresso, melts on the tongue. Each layer is gently infused with a silken blend of bold espresso and aromatic amaretto. A glossy dark chocolate ganache flows between the layers — smooth, rich, and slightly bittersweet. At its heart lies a cloud-like custard mascarpone cream, velvety and luxurious.

Little Queenie
Tender buttermilk sponge forms the foundation - soft and delicate. Layers of ripe strawberry and vibrant pomegranate bring lush sweetness and a gentle burst of tart brightness. A whisper of rosewater lingers like perfume, while a touch of sumac elevated the fruit into something a little unexpected. Nestled within is a meringue layer, delicate, and gently melting into sweetness. Silky mascarpone and crème fraiche cream, airy yet indulgent, wrap it all together.

Little Queenie is graceful but bold - floral, bright, and irresistibly elegant.
