Tina Kapp-Kailea, Wild Executive and founder of The Fempreneur, has been recognised at the 2025 Women Changing the World Awards with Gold – Emerging Woman of the Year, alongside Bronze in the Gender Equality category.

The Women Changing the World Awards celebrate women creating meaningful impact across leadership, wellbeing, advocacy and social change. The awards recognise women who are not only succeeding personally, but who are actively contributing to a better future for others.

Tina Kapp-Kailea is an award-winning embodiment coach, bestselling author and international speaker who works with high-achieving women leaders experiencing burnout, disconnection or loss of voice.

She is a book doula with a ten year career in international publishing and helps leaders birth their books. Her work supports women to reclaim their power, confidence and authenticity while leading in ways that are sustainable and aligned.

Two new ones for this year - Egypt, Iceland and going back to Jordan to be in the Wadi Rum again…under the desert sky in magical silence, it’s been almost thirty years ago ✨
