Here are the highlights of our treasure hunt during week 2 of the school holiday program. Our tamariki took the lead, developed their leadership skills, and had fun exploring alongside each other. 🎉

We are open during the term school holidays and are taking enrolments. If you would like to enrol and join in the fun and learning with us, you and your child can come down and visit us, or you can contact us via Facebook or through our website.

Here are our highlights of our bike day on during week 2 of our school holiday program that our tamariki really enjoyed 😄.

We are open during term school holidays and we are taking enrolments for the new term. If you would like to enrol we encourage you and your child to come down and check us out. You can get into contact via our page or by phone on website, www.earlydiscoveries.co.nz.

Kia ora koutou, here at Early Discoveries Manurewa we dressed in red on Wednesday 24th of April to pay a special tribute to ANZAC DAY. 🌺 We also did poppy crafts throughout the week made completely by our tamariki. They are beautiful and look fantastic in our art area. 🎨

Our tamariki also explored what happens on ANZAC DAY through ICT. 💻 It is important to us to stay as modern as possible to teach our tamariki about when and how to use ICT through their learning journeys. 📚

We are taking enrolments at our centre for children aged 2 year 10 months up to 6 years, we are located at 225 Weymouth road in Manurewa, if you would like to enrol we encourage you and your child to come check us out. 📝

Sand play enhances motor skills, improves language and speech, enhances social and emotional awareness, introduces concepts of mathematics and science and sparks creativity 🎉

Sand play can be very calming and it can also give children a way to explore and express their thoughts and feelings.

Children with a disability or autism can benefit from sand play as it's a great way to have a rich sensory experience, especially if they can't get outside or into natural environments 🙏
