If you decide to take part, you will first need to answer some simple questions to see if you fit the study criteria. If you qualify, you will be asked to come in for 1x1hour assessment visit and 1x1.5hours familiarization visit and 4 trial visits in the Massey University Albany campus, Auckland. In each study visit, at each trial visit, you will be provided with breakfast along with a drink containing vitamin C or kiwifruit. You will then perform a high intensity cycling exercise for 30 minutes and provide saliva samples. From the saliva, we will measure stress markers present. You will be compensated for your time.
