🎶 FOSH Concert 🎶
We concluded the day’s celebrations with the FOSH Concert, a fantastic showcase of talent and creativity. A variety of performances graced the stage, highlighting the diverse talents of our students. And, as always, a crowd favourite—the staff dance—did not disappoint, bringing plenty of energy and smiles!

✨ La Fête | Giving Back ✨

La Fête is a wonderful celebration filled with stalls, games, laughter, and fun for all!

Proceeds from La Fête will be donated to the Sisters’ charity, SHIFT, which supports communities in Northern Samar, Philippines. The Sisters of the Sacred Heart have been serving this region since 1986, with SHIFT providing vital outreach through child and youth development, self-sustainability programmes, and partnerships with government and non-government organisations. These initiatives make a real difference for individuals and families facing economic and social challenges.

✨ Feast of the Sacred Heart ✨
This morning we celebrated Mass for the Feast of the Sacred Heart, led by Monsignor Bernard Kiely. It was most special for 43 students who were fully initiated into the Church—a significant moment for them and their families.

Today we honour the Feast of the Sacred Heart, a special day in the Catholic Church, inviting us to reflect on Christ’s generous love and compassion for all.

At Baradene, we mark this occasion in our own special way as part of the worldwide network of Sacred Heart schools. Each year, on the eve of the Feast, our Year 13 students and alumnae take part in the Lantern Procession — a tradition that dates back to when boarders were part of our school.

Today, we gather for Mass, followed by La Fête, and conclude with a concert as we come together in celebration. ❤️

✨𝗟𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗼𝗻 𝗔𝗹𝘂𝗺𝗻𝗮𝗲 𝗚𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴✨
On behalf of the College, we are delighted to invite alumnae to an informal alumnae catch-up and networking evening in London on Tuesday 30 June.

Baradene Principal, Alexandra Russell, will be visiting London and is very much looking forward to connecting with alumnae during her visit. This will be a relaxed gathering over drinks - no formalities, just great conversation, and the chance to reconnect and meet others from the alumnae community based in the UK.
