Every Sunday afternoon I have a “mastermind” chat with my best friend, .richmond .
We make a cup of coffee together and then sit down and discus our life updates, our goals and how we’re doing with those goals. We laugh our heads off and learn so much every single time.
Here are some of the questions we go through together:
1. What are 3-5 wins you experienced this week?
2. What was your goal last week? How did that go?
3. What’s your biggest bottleneck right now? What can you do to solve it?
4. What are 1-3 life goals for this week?
Having an accountability partner or a coach to sit down with every week is substantial and can fast track your progress.
Can you think of a time you brought up an issue to a mentor or a close friend and somehow the problem got easier? Just by having them hold your hand through the process?
