Waking up at 2am to three of your best friends sleeping on your floor to make sure you’re doing ok is something different.

We don’t get emotional with each other much but the presence is felt. I appreciate I have some of the best people in my life.

Such a huge year at .nz , we moved home, grew the community, had a lot of fun, saw some fantastic progress physically and were able to positively shift our mindset.

2022 was the year for firsts, 2023 is the year for growth & progress.

Now’s the time to set your goals and work towards them. Come and join this awesome community, we have some big things planned for the next 12 months and I am looking forward to connecting and helping more people. It’s what I love & why I do it 🙌🏽❤️

I feel so lucky to see these amazing humans everyday and to have such a fantastic group of people in my life.

Some of them I met this year but it feels like I’ve known them forever. We have pushed ourselves hard this year with our training, found some awesome progress and built an incredibly positive little community. Everyone is so genuine & kind✨

I can’t wait for further progress and moreover, further enjoyment next year 🤝

Couldn’t have got here so far without outrageous amounts of support from my people; friends, family and Gym Crew. The people I am surrounded by are incredibly supportive, selfless and genuine & I consider myself really lucky.

Still a huge amount of work to do to but we are more driven than ever. Just wish Dad could have seen it.
