Kia ora whānau. This might be a good time to focus on some regular practice for your wellbeing, perhaps starting with acceptance/ whakaaetanga (making what is correct or true). As Dr Bloomfield said today, the problem is the virus not people, so accepting that as the case, and extending patience and kind thoughts towards others also lifts our own spiritual health. xC

So grateful to the courier services who got this to its destination this week. I won’t process any more orders until this situation has passed.
