❓ Ever wondered what happens during an intuition coaching session?🤔
Unlike some coaches who use pre-prepared questions or scripts, an intuition coach will rely on their intuition to help you to create the results you’re seeking. 👁️
And by doing so, they show you how to use yours so you can out-grow them, quickly!
Intuition coaches use a combination of both conventional and unconventional strategies and tools, like these ones:
✨ Positive psychology practices
✨ Energy healing modalities like Havening, Reiki and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)
✨ Spiritual practices
✨ Guided meditations, visualisations and invocations
✨ Hypnotherapy
✨ Archetypal inquiries
✨ Oracle Cards
They may do other interesting things, like, access the Akashic Records to explore your past lives and receive other useful insights (and show you how you can too).📖
Some of these tools – perhaps even all of them – may seem a little unorthodox.
But we know they work, because we're using them ourselves - and getting results!

👁️ You’re probably more intuitive than you realise!
But if I could guess, you'd possibly wouldn't say so - because a lot of people seem to think their intuition is really mysterious.
They think that "intuitive abilities" are only available to certain types of people. 🧙♀️ 🧹 (Am I right?)
But it's simply not true! Everyone has an intuition; they may just not realise when and how they're using it..
So, to help demystify this topic a bit, I've recently developed an "intuition checklist" which also works like a cheat-sheet.
I want people to use it to reflect and explore when and how they are using their intuition (or not), and also when and how they COULD use it more often.

👁️ If you're intuition is blocked, here are four MORE tips to get unblocked!
(👉Tip - check out my last post for the first four).
5️⃣ Listen – listen to some relaxing music. Music carries calming or energizing vibrations so choose something that will soothe your nervous system, like, 437hz.
6️⃣ Imagine – visualise your third eye opening; the space between your eyebrows. Visualise receiving intuitive messages there.
7️⃣ Affirm – release any self-limiting beliefs that you’re not intuitive! EVERYONE is intuitive but not everyone knows how to harness its power and potential.
8️⃣ Recharge – recharge your body with lots of water and fresh wholefoods (preferably organic), and cut down or eliminate caffeine and alcohol. Highly processed foods and stimulants affect your vibration and, the higher your vibration, the stronger your intuition.
It’s really normal for your intuition to get blocked so, if you notice that happening, trust that with a bit of focus, persistence, patience and faith, your intuitive abilities are sure to grow. 🌱

👁️ If you're intuition is blocked, try these four tips to get unblocked!
1️⃣ Relax - This sends an important signal to your nervous system that you are safe. Once you do that, you can explore other ways to get back into flow.
2️⃣ Accept – drop the self-judgement and accept yourself as you are in this moment. Accept that while your intuition may feel blocked now, this is temporary and it’s only a matter of time before you’ll get back into flow.
3️⃣ Draw inwards – Take time out, away from distractions and draw your senses inwards. It’s is often more difficult to receive intuitive information when life is noisy or filled with distractions.
4️⃣ Let go – release the need to control your life or how intuitive messages show up. Get out of your head and into your body by, moving your body, spending time outside in nature.
It’s very normal for your intuition to get blocked so, if you notice that happening, trust that with a bit of focus, persistence, patience and faith, your intuitive abilities are sure to grow. 🌼

❤️ Self-love is the best love!
It opens up so much peace and possibility - for how we show up, and what we prioritise and value, and also what we can achieve.
When we learn how to love, accept and respect ourselves - just as we are right now - we BREAK FREE from our inner critic and we BREAK THROUGH the default programming previously running the show.
We learn how to trust ourselves, shift out of victim mode and activate our personal power like never before. 💪
My self-love journey began a while ago but I managed to level it up with each "failed romance." (Thank The Lord!).
It was only from that self-loving place that I could attract my #1️⃣ life partner who I still utterly adore, after 8 years.
What led to my biggest breakthrough was focusing on my intuitive development.👁️
That’s because, by developing our intuitive gifts, we realise that our power is often hidden in "UN-Learning."
We UN-Learn our tendency to heed our inner critic and we UN-Learn unnecessary social and cultural conditioning.
Know what I mean? ❗
So here’s a tip to re-wire your brain; try speaking this affirmation out loud (possibly while looking in the mirror):
“I deeply and completely love, accept and respect myself in all situations, at all times.”
(If it feels too weird or difficult, start by inserting the phrase, “I’m learning to …” or “ I’m willing to love, accept and respect myself”).

Interested to start using your intuition more often?👁️
Try using these simple questions -
1️⃣ “What is my body showing me?”
2️⃣ “How do I want to feel?”
3️⃣ “What am I learning?”
4️⃣ “What choice will teach me more?”
The more you use your intuition, the easier and faster it becomes.
The significance of that is to use your intuition like an inner compass to gain clarity on:
⭐ What is a great energetic match for you - and what isn’t;
⭐ What you truly want and what you are capable of achieving;
⭐ What action to take, to attract more of what you love into our life;
💚 How you can forgive yourself and other people for past mistakes and hurts; and
💚 How you can release negative and limiting beliefs that no longer serve the BEST version of you.
Oh, and before you go, you could ask yourself what drew you to this post – and acknowledge that your intuition is already communicating with you!😊

🤔What actually is "intuition coaching"?
Like other coaching styles, intuition coaching helps you to see yourself more clearly 👀 so you can reach your potential and experience greater success.⚡
But perhaps unlike other coach styles which may rely on pre-prepared questions and scripts, an intuition coach uses their intuition to help you develop yours, so you can move faster with more confidence – because the guidance comes from WITHIN you.✨
You’ve probably heard of this saying: “Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day; teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime.”🐟
This is what an intuition coach does; they share various tools, techniques and strategies they've had success with so you can then apply or adapt them to your life in a way that works for YOU.
More importantly, an intuition coach aims for you to strengthen your connection with Higher Consciousness / Source Energy / the Infinite Intelligence, because this is how you access the part of you that already knows what you want and how you can achieve it. 😇

💡 If your intuition feels blocked, here are a few reasons why that might be the case:
👉 Your mind-chatter is too loud;
👉 Your emotions are too unsettled;
👉 Your mind has become biased;
👉 Your desires are too strong;
👉 You’re impatient for an answer or insight; or
👉 You're doubting or judging yourself.
Your intuition is the bridge between you and your Higher Self. It will always show you what’s “safe, right and good” for you – your truth.
So, if your intuition feels blocked, it really pays to unblock it!
(Hot Tip – You can start to unblock yourself by raising your vibration, learning to stay relaxed, increasing your intake of water and wholefoods, and spending more time alone, outside in nature, or with positive uplifting people).❤️

Creating a new positive habit can sometimes feel difficult, right?!😖
But there’s a lot of help out there and, right now, I’m really loving the expertise and guidance of Mel Robbins and James Clear. 🆘
I don't yet have a copy of Mel Robbins’ book (“The 5 Second Rule”), but her online tutorials and interviews really resonate.
I do have a copy of “Atomic Habits”, and I’m really enjoying a re-read. 📖
I especially love how James explains the link between habits and identity.💡
His advice? Build a positive new habit by focusing on A NEW IDENTITY, first. ⚡
Here’s a funny memory of mine to help illustrate. 😄
Years ago, when I wanted to learn to surf - and be the type of surfer who got in the water no matter the temperature - I started growing my hair long. 🏄
I also started using salt-water hairspray to lighten up the tips, even though I was sea-swimming most days (lol). 😆
Why? Because that’s how the surfer-girls looked in all the magazines. They all had long flowy, sun and salt-kissed hair.👩
I didn’t realise that I was creating a surfer identity before I’d achieved my results but, intuitively, that’s exactly what I was doing.
And, while I didn’t consider myself to be an intuitive person back then, I now realise that my intuition was guiding me; helping me to achieve my goals and desires.👁️
