शिक्षक कस्तो हुनु पर्छ ?

शिक्षकहरू आदर्श व्यक्तित्वका रूपमा हुन्छन्, त्यसैले उनीहरूमा नैतिकता र ईमान्दारीको गुण हुनु आवश्यक छ। यी गुणहरू नभएको खण्डमा, शिक्षकहरूले विद्यार्थीहरूको सम्मान र विश्वास गुमाउँछन्, उनीहरूले आफू सम्बन्धित संस्थाको प्रतिष्ठालाई हानि पुर्याउँछन्, सार्थक शिक्षणप्रति असर पार्छन्, र आफ्नो पेशागत विश्वसनीयता गुमाउने जोखिम बढाउँछन्।

प्राथमिक तहका विद्यार्थीहरूलाई आत्ममूल्याङ्कन (self-assessment) गर्न सिकाउनु दुबै शिक्षक लागि पनि, विद्यार्थी लागि पनि चुनौतिपूर्ण हुन सक्छ। धेरै विद्यार्थीहरू विश्वास गर्छन् कि केवल शिक्षकले मात्र प्रभावकारी रूपमा मूल्याङ्कन गर्न सक्छन्। तर, आफ्नो सिकाइबारे सोच्ने र आफैंले काम जाँच गर्ने सीप सबै विद्यार्थीहरूका लागि निकै उपयोगी हुन्छ।

जब तपाईं विद्यार्थीहरूलाई आत्ममूल्याङ्कन गर्ने तरिका सिकाउनुहुन्छ, तपाईं उनीहरूलाई भविष्यको सम्पूर्ण शिक्षायात्राका लागि अमूल्य सीपहरू प्रदान गरिरहनुभएको हुन्छ।

४. जब विद्यार्थीहरूले आफैं मूल्याङ्कन गर्छन्, उनीहरू सिकाइ प्रक्रियामा बढी संलग्न हुन्छन् र स्वामित्वको भावना विकसित हुन्छ।

५. सिकाइ कक्षाभित्र मात्र सीमित हुँदैन, आत्ममूल्याङ्कन सीपहरू जीवनका अन्य क्षेत्रहरूमा पनि उपयोगी हुन्छन्।

६. विद्यार्थीहरूले आफ्नो प्रगति 'देख्न' सक्छन्।

७. शिक्षकहरूले विद्यार्थीहरूबाट प्राप्त प्रतिक्रियाको आधारमा कक्षा योजनालाई विद्यार्थीको व्यक्तिगत र समूहगत आवश्यकताअनुसार अनुकूल बनाउन सक्छन

Hope and Kindness

One chilly afternoon, a man was trudging through a dense forest. He didn’t know where he wanted to go or settle. He had three children—one daughter and two sons. The man was anxious because he had to take care of his children alone; his wife had passed away a year ago.

On the way, he met a magician and said, “Could you please help me, sir? I’m really in trouble.” The magician looked him up and down. The man was wearing tattered clothes, and despite the fact that it was winter, he wasn’t dressed warmly.

The magician asked, “Where are you going?”
The man replied, “My destination is uncertain. I have three children to look after, but I don’t even have a proper home to raise them or ensure a better future for them.”

After hearing this, the magician decided to help. He told the man and his children to close their eyes for a moment. When they opened them, they found themselves in a beautiful house, dressed in warm clothes.

They never saw the magician again and couldn’t even thank him for his kindness and the wonderful surprise.

Moral: Kindness and compassion can transform lives, and even the smallest act of help can create a lasting impact.
