Eligibility Criteria:
🔹 Principal:
• Master’s degree (any discipline) with a minimum second division.
• At least 5 years of academic leadership experience.
• Strong leadership, administration, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in modern educational trends, school management & STEAM education.
🔹 Montessori Teachers (Few):
• Certification in Montessori training/Early Childhood Education.
• Minimum 3 years of experience preferred.
• Passion for child-centered, innovative teaching.
🔹 Primary Level Subject Teachers (Few – All Subjects):
• Bachelor’s degree in the relevant subject/Education.
• Minimum 3 years of primary-level teaching preferred.
• Strong classroom management & communication skills.
🔹 Accountant:
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, Excel, etc.).
• Experience in school finance is an advantage.
🔹 Receptionist:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or related field.
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office & email handling.
🔹 Lab Incharge:
• Bachelor’s degree in Science or related field.
• Experience managing school science labs.
• Knowledge of lab safety & equipment maintenance.
🔹 Canteen Chef:
• Prior experience in school/institutional catering preferred.
• Knowledge of nutrition & hygienic food preparation.
• Ability to prepare healthy meals for students & staff.
🔹 Staff Nurse:
• Diploma/Bachelor’s in Nursing with RN certification.
• Experience in school healthcare or pediatric nursing is a plus.
🔹 Drivers (Few):
• Valid license for school transportation.
• Experience driving school buses preferred.
🔹 Maintenance Staff (Few):
• Experience in repairs, electrical work, or plumbing preferred.
• Ability to handle school maintenance tasks.
