A successful School Campaign on “Microplastics” was conducted at Laligurans Secondary School with the aim of raising awareness among students about the hidden impacts of microplastic pollution on our environment, health, and ecosystems.
Through meaningful discussions, learning, and interaction, students gained a better understanding of where microplastics come from, how they affect our surroundings, and why reducing plastic use matters.
A big thank you to the school administration, teachers, students, and everyone who contributed to making this awareness campaign a success. 💚

This phase focuses on extracting valuable bioactive compounds from Lantana camara, exploring its potential for eco-friendly and sustainable applications through scientific research. By transforming an invasive plant into a valuable resource, we aim to promote innovation, environmental conservation, and practical agricultural solutions.

IAAS Nepal LC Lamjung successfully concluded the final session of the "Beyond B.Sc. Ag: What's Next?" on 27th July 2026, focusing on higher education opportunities abroad for agriculture students.

The session featured Mr. Sudip Sharma (Erasmus Scholar, IMSOGLO) and Mr. Ganesh Kandel (Master's Student, University of Tasmania), who shared their experiences and provided valuable guidance on scholarships, university admissions, visa procedures, and planning a successful international academic journey.

The session inspired participants to explore global educational opportunities and equipped them with practical insights for pursuing higher studies abroad. IAAS Nepal LC Lamjung extends its heartfelt gratitude to both speakers and all participants for making the session informative, engaging, and successful.
