2. PGWP Eligibility Clarifications

◾Maintained status counts toward PGWP eligibility if studies were completed while awaiting a permit decision.
◾Final academic session clearly defined; part-time courses allowed only in the final term if permitted.
◾Language requirements:
▫Degree programs: CLB/NCLC 7
▫College/non-degree programs: CLB/NCLC 5
◾Students can work full-time while waiting for PGWP if they meet the conditions.
