Sometimes, a social media post can bring fear and helplessness. And for those who have actually lived through the flash floods, that pain is not just something they saw on a screen,it is something they are still carrying.

Let’s be mindful of what we share and how we speak about trauma. Behind every image or story is a real person, a real loss, and sometimes a wound that hasn’t healed.

If a post has affected you deeply, it’s okay to step away, breathe, and seek support. And if you know someone who is going through real trauma, don’t just scroll past-check in, listen, and be there.

Sometimes, a child just needs to be feel heard, understood, and loved.

Listen to their little voices, notice the unspoken feelings, and be their safe space. Because a parent’s/ guardians presence can make all the difference.

Children don't always ask for help with words. Sometimes, their behavior speaks for them.
Look beyond the behavior. Listen with empathy. Be the safe place your child can always turn to.

Checking in costs nothing, but it can mean everything.
A simple 'Are you okay?' can mean more than you realize.

Not every man who smiles is okay. Even the strongest need a shoulder sometimes. And remember it’s okay to not be okay.
Check in. Listen. Support.
Tag or share to a friend, a brother, a father - someone you care about . Let them know you're there.

Strength isn't just physical-it's mental too.

This Men's Mental Health Awareness Month, remember:
Taking care of your mind is just as important as taking care of your body.

Prioritize your well-being. You matter.

June is Men's Mental Health Awareness Month.

Dear men,
Real strength isn't hiding your pain -it's acknowledging your emotions and seeking support when you need it.

Your mental health matters.
