Today, our school was filled with happiness and festival spirit as students came together to celebrate Dashain. They received tika and Jamara, shared blessings, and enjoy a short and sweet program filled with music, dance and speech. It was a joyful day full of smiles, laughter, and togetherness, creating beautiful memories before the holiday break.

On Ghatasthapana, the first day of the Dashain festival, our children plant barley seeds in a pot filled with sand and water to grow the sacred yellow grass called Jamara. This ritual, which involves setting up a sacred vessel or Ghata, symbolizes the beginning of the 9-day worship of the goddess Durga and the victory of good over evil.

Today, we had the pleasure of distributing certificates to our students who participated in the Drawing Competition conducted by Cosmos Training and Education at Children’s Garden School. 🏅🎨 The children truly enjoyed expressing their creativity, and we sincerely thank Cosmos Training and Education for providing this wonderful opportunity. 💐

Alongside the ceremony, our little ones celebrated Krishna Janmashtami by dressing up as Krishna and Radha, filling the day with joy, music, and devotion. 🎶✨

It was a beautiful day of learning, creativity, and cultural celebration, leaving our students with happy memories and inspiration. 💫
