Notice of Visa Processing Fee Adjustment (Effective August 25, 2026)

Please be informed that, effective 25 August 2026, the Visa Processing Fee charged by the Korea Visa Application Center (KVAC) will be adjusted as follows:

Current Fee: PHP 900
New Fee (Effective 25 August 2026): PHP 1,000

This adjustment applies to all visa applications submitted to KVAC on or after 25 August 2026.

We kindly ask applicants to take note of this change when preparing their visa application.

# Where can I get the TOPIK Exam Form?
The application begins from August 3, 2026 until August 7, 2026 (early closure if maximum capacity reached. The registration is STRICTLY ONLINE and the form link will be posted on TOPIK Nepal’s official page.

# How to apply for the 109th TOPIK in Nepal?
An application guideline will be posted on our page soon regarding how to fill the form.

# Do I have to create a TOPIK ID to apply for the 109th TOPIK in Nepal?
NO. You DO NOT need any kind of TOPIK ID to apply for the 109th TOPIK in Nepal. However, YOU NEED A GOOGLE ID (G-mail) to apply as it is an online application.

# Can I apply for both TOPIK I and TOPIK II?
YES. You can apply for both TOPIK I and TOPIK II. BUT, You will have to fill two forms separately.

# What documents are required for the 109th TOPIK in Nepal application?
A. Passport- Sized Photo
B. Government - issued IDs: Citizenship, NID, Driver’s License, Passport (Information in English)

# Can I fill the application form from my mobile phone?
Yes, You can fill the application form with your mobile phone, laptop, tablet, etc. However, YOU MUST HAVE YOUR GOOGLED ID LOGGED IN and Internet.

# Can I use the same Google ID for different people to apply for TOPIK?
NO. ONE GOOGLE ID IS FOR ONE PERSON ONLY. If one Google ID is used for many applications for different people, the applications submitted through that GOOGLE ID WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY REJECTED!

# Do I have to pay while I apply for the 109th TOPIK Exam?
NO. After the application is submitted, the TOPIK Nepal team will review your submission. The confirmation email for approved applicants will be sent from August 10, 2026 for payment purposes only. Submission of incorrect or false information or not following instructions, your application will be cancelled and no confirmation email will be sent.

# Can I ask my friend to pay for my TOPIK Application fee?
NO. The payments must be made directly from an account registered under your official name, other people cannot pay for you.

# Can I pay from outside of Nepal for the TOPIK Fee?
NO. The overseas bank transfer service is not available for TOPIK.

# If I pay for the TOPIK exam and decide not to give the exam, will the money be refunded?
NO. THE TOPIK EXAM IS NON-REFUNDABLE. In any case, the paid money will not be refunded. Hence, we request you to be very careful during the payment process.

# What if I get the confirmation mail and do not pay for the TOPIK?
If you get the confirmation mail after August 10, 2026 and do not pay within the deadline, your application will be automatically cancelled!!
