Position Overview:
We are looking for a results driven and strategic Business Development Manager to drive our B2B initiatives, build strategic partnerships with study abroad educational consultants and expand ApplyUni market presence in Nepal. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business agencies and build strong partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand ApplyUni.
- Maintain B2B partnerships with educational consultancy.
- Manage existing partners and ensure consistent student pipeline.
- Track market trends and competitor activities.
- Ensure partner compliance and documentation.
- Set and achieve business targets.

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field (MBA preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in business development or partnerships.
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Good knowledge of countries like South Korea.
- Willingness to travel for business development.
- Proficiency in Excel and business tools.
