विदेश अध्ययन सम्बन्धी counseling र management को काम केवल licensed educational consultancies ले मात्र गर्ने नियम होइन?

खुलेआम कलेजहरूले परामर्शदाताको काम गरेर education fair आयोजना गर्नु, विद्यार्थीहरूको अधिकार र भविष्यसँग खेलवाड गर्नु पूर्ण रूपमा गलत र गैरकानुनी छ।

यदि ती कलेजहरूसँग educational consultancy license छैन भने यस्तो अवैध काम कसरी सम्भव छ? यो कानून उल्लंघन हो र गम्भीर अपराध हो।

PABSON र HISSAN जस्ता शिक्षा क्षेत्रका संस्थाहरूले तत्काल प्रभावमा स्पष्ट र कडा आधिकारिक धारणा सार्वजनिक गरी यस्ता अनियमितता रोक्न आवश्यक कदम चाल्नुपर्छ।

ECAN ले सबै international educational providers लाई पनि स्पष्ट अनुरोध गर्दछ, यस्ता illegal events मा सहभागी नहुनुहोस्। नेपालमा license नभएका कुनै पनि संस्था वा व्यक्तिसँग सहकार्य गर्नु गैरकानुनी हो।

विदेश अध्ययन सम्बन्धी परामर्श र व्यवस्थापनको काम केवल वैध लाइसेन्स ( Legal License) प्राप्त शैक्षिक परामर्शदाताहरूले मात्र गर्ने अधिकार पाउनु पर्छ।
