Hausarbeitsverben

These verbs describe common actions at home, such as cleaning, folding, ironing, hanging up, putting away, building, and fixing things. Many are separable verbs, so the prefix often moves to the end in a sentence.

🗑️ Ich leere den Mülleimer. — I empty the trash can.

💡 Tips / Fun Fact:

👉 wegräumen is separable: Ich räume die Bücher weg.
👉 rausbringen is casual; more standard is hinausbringen.
