We are very happy to announce that the 1st NPSA-Nepal Physics Students Association conference will be held in the Russian Centre of Science and Culture , Kamaladi ,Kathmandu , Nepal. The conference take place between May 1th of May to 4th May.

We want to unite all Asian physics students associations to form an Asian Physics Student forum, so if you have any contact with physics student groups, societies, or associations in Asian countries please help us to connect with them, it will create an Asian physics student forum to promote physics in Asia so if you have any links with them that can help please send them to us in an email to: [email protected] , [email protected]

NPSA-Nepal Physics Students Association is first student association from Asia to have the first National representative from Asia and Nepal in IAPS. We are in the national committee of International Association of Physics Students (IAPS) which collaborate with European Physical Society (EPS), American Institute of Physics (AIP) and Institute of Physics(IOP),UK.
IAPS is going to organize an International Physics Students Conference in Scotland in collaboration with IOP and we can offer a few places, if anyone from Nepal wants to attend this conference then, please contact us at this following address

identity card and it will help those student who want attend international conference but financial problem. NPSA will provide plane ticket if those member have show all document so please apply for membership this membership money will go for physics student fund account so don't be late.

OBJECTIVES

1) To work towards a steady growth of activities in the areas of physics.
2)To encourage and assist activities in physics directed towards the application of physics concepts and methods in all related fields.
3) To strive towards enhancing the quality of physics teaching and research in physics.
4)To disseminate the knowledge and applications of physics among its members.
5) To endeavor towards strengthening career prospects in physics by establishing various awards.
6) To establish relations with other international physics societies for the development of physics research as well as physics education in Nepal.

Nepal Physics Student Association (NPSA) was founded in 2069 B. S. (2012 A.D.) with the mission of advancing and diffusing knowledge of physics throughout the country. Since its conception, the Society has been conducting various activities including seminars, symposiums, workshops and lecture programs regularly in order to promote research as well as physics education of the country. It comprises of all the physicists of the country and abroad. Recently, the Society has also established four newsworthy chapters in accordance with geographical regions to accumulate information about current physics education and ongoing research.
