“कक्षाकोठामा प्रयोग हुने शिक्षण विधिहरू बालमैत्री छन् भन्ने सुनिश्चित गर्न म TECSES र स्थानीय सरकारसँग समन्वय गर्छु,” कर्णाली प्रदेशको त्रिपुरासुन्दरी नगरपालिकामा कार्यरत शैक्षणिक स्रोत व्यक्ति (PRP) नवीन कुमार शाही भन्छन्।

नियमित विद्यालय भ्रमण, कक्षाकोठा अवलोकन, र शिक्षकहरूसँग छलफलमार्फत नवीन तथा अन्य PRP हरूले विद्यालयहरूलाई दैनिक शिक्षण अभ्यास सुधार गर्न सहयोग गर्छन्। उनीहरूको कामले शिक्षकहरूलाई बालबालिकाहरु सक्रिय रूपमा सहभागिता जनाउन सक्ने र व्यवहारिक तथा रोचक तरिकाले सिक्न सक्ने सिकाइ वातावरण निर्माण गर्न मद्दत गर्छ।

“मेरो भूमिका भनेको गुणस्तरीय शिक्षा प्रदान गर्न कक्षाकोठाभित्रका शिक्षण विधि र गतिविधिहरूमा ध्यान दिनु हो। नयाँ विधिहरू आइरहेका छन् र सोही अनुरुप शिक्षकहरू पेशागत विकास गर्न सकून् भनेर ती विधिहरू कार्यान्वयन भएको सुनिश्चित गर्छु।”

PRP हरूले स्थानीय सरकार, विद्यालय र शिक्षकहरूबीच समन्वय गर्ने महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका खेल्छन्। PRP मार्फत कक्षाकोठामै शिक्षकहरूलाई सहयोग गरेर TECSES ले स्थानीय तहमा शिक्षाको गुणस्तर सुधार गर्न सहयोग पुर्‍याइरहेको छ।

“I coordinate with TECSES and the local government to make sure the teaching methods in classrooms are child-friendly,” says Nabin Kumar Shahi, a Pedagogical Resource Person (PRP) working in Tripurasundari, Karnali.

Through regular school visits, classroom observations, and discussions with teachers, Nabin and other PRPs support schools in improving everyday teaching practices. Their work helps teachers create learning environments where children can participate actively and learn in ways that are practical and engaging.

“My role is to focus on teaching methods and activities inside the classroom to deliver quality education. There are new methods coming in, and I make sure these are implemented so that teachers as professionals can develop.”

PRPs play an important role in connecting local governments, schools, and teachers. By supporting teachers directly in classrooms through PRPs, TECSES supports the quality of education at the local level.

TECSES ले Mid-West University द्वारा आयोजित “Interdisciplinary Synergies for a Sustainable Future in the Age of AI and Digital Transformation” अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय सम्मेलनमा “नेपालमा समावेशी शिक्षाको अभ्यास र सम्भावना” विषयमा प्यानल छलफल आयोजना गरेको थियो, जसले विज्ञ, अभ्यासकर्ता र शिक्षकहरूलाई एकै ठाउँमा ल्याई अनुभव र समाधानका उपायहरु बताउने गर्ने अवसर प्रदान गर्‍यो।

छलफलले समावेशी शिक्षा भनेको प्रत्येक विद्यार्थीका लागि अपनत्व, सहभागिता र मर्यादा सुनिश्चित गर्नु हो भन्ने कुरामा जोड दियो। यसको अर्थ प्रणाली, वातावरण र सोचाइमा रहेका अवरोधहरू हटाउनु र सबै बालबालिकाले सँगै सिक्न सकून् भनेर आवश्यक सहयोग उपलब्ध गराउनु हो।

नेपालले समावेशी शिक्षाका लागि नीतिगत रूपमा महत्वपूर्ण प्रतिबद्धताहरू गरेको छ, र शिक्षक तालिम, विश्वविद्यालयका नयाँ कार्यक्रमहरू तथा विभिन्न क्षेत्रबीच बढ्दो सहकार्यमार्फत प्रगति देखिएको छ। तर प्यानलका सहभागीहरूले व्यवहारिक कार्यान्वयनमा अझ धेरै गर्न आवश्यक रहेको कुरामा जोड दिए।
मुख्य प्राथमिकताहरूमा शिक्षकको क्षमता अभिवृद्धि, पहुँचयुक्त भौतिक संरचनाको सुधार, सहायक प्रविधिको विस्तार, र कलंक तथा नकारात्मक सोचको अन्त्य समावेश छन्। साथै, नीतिलाई व्यवहारमा रूपान्तरण गर्न पर्याप्त स्रोत, समन्वय र जवाफदेहिता आवश्यक छ।

प्यानलमा TECSES का प्रमुख प्राविधिक सल्लाहकार Eija-Riitta Kinnunen र राष्ट्रिय परियोजना निर्देशक दुर्गा कँडेल सहभागी हुनुहुन्थ्यो। TECSES का समावेशी शिक्षा विज्ञ Liisa Metsola र पदम महर पनि सहभागी हुनुहुन्थ्यो। त्रिभुवन विश्वविद्यालयबाट Dr. Baburam Dhungana ले प्रतिनिधित्व गर्नुभयो भने त्रिपुरासुन्दरी नगरपालिकाका शैक्षणिक स्रोत व्यक्ति (PRP) नविन कुमार शाहीले क्षेत्रीय अनुभव बताउनु भएको थियो। सत्रको सहजीकरण TECSES Karnali का प्रदेश संयोजक बखत भण्डारीले गर्नुभयो र अध्यक्षता Dr. Rabindra Siwakoti ले गर्नुभयो।

TECSES hosted a panel discussion on “Practices and Prospects of Inclusive Education in Nepal” at Mid-West University’s international conference of “Interdisciplinary Synergies for a Sustainable Future in the Age of AI and Digital Transformation", bringing together experts, practitioners, and educators to share insights and solutions.

The discussion highlighted that inclusive education is about ensuring belonging, participation, and dignity for every learner. It means removing barriers in systems, environments, and attitudes, and providing the right support so all children can learn together.

Nepal has made strong policy commitments to inclusive education, and progress is visible through teacher training, new university programs, and growing collaboration across sectors. At the same time, the panelists emphasized that more needs to be done in practice.

Key priorities include strengthening teacher capacity, improving accessible infrastructure, expanding assistive technology, and addressing stigma and negative attitudes. Better resourcing, coordination, and accountability are also essential to turn policy into action.

The panel included Eija-Riitta Kinnunen and Durga Kandel, TECSES Chief Technical Advisor and National Project Director. Liisa Metsola and Padam Mahar joined as TECSES inclusive education experts. Dr. Baburam Dhungana represented Tribhuvan University, and Nabum Kumar Shahi shared field experience as a Pedagogical Resource Person from Tripurasundari Municipality. The session was moderated by Bakhat Bandari, Province Coordinator of TECSES Karnali, and chaired by Dr. Rabindra Siwakoti.

“म यही जन्मिएँ र यही हुर्किएँ, त्यसैले म आफ्नो समाजलाई केही योगदान दिन चाहन्छु,” सीतादेवी खत्री , कनकासुन्दरी–५, जुम्लाकी शैक्षणिक स्रोत व्यक्ति (PRP)।

कर्णाली प्रदेशका विद्यालयहरूमा शिक्षण र सिकाइ प्रक्रियालाई अझ प्रभावकारी बनाउन TECSES ले 'शिक्षण स्रोत व्यक्ति' (PRPs) हरूलाई तालिम प्रदान गर्दछ।

यसै क्रममा सीतादेवी सुर्खेतमा आयोजित हाम्रो तालिममा सहभागी हुनुभयो। त्यहाँ उहाँले 'युनिभर्सल डिजाइन फर लर्निङ' (UDL) लगायतका विभिन्न नयाँ शैक्षिक उपकरण र विधिहरू सिक्नुभयो। अहिले उहाँ आफ्नै समुदायका शिक्षकहरूलाई सहयोग गर्न यी सीपहरू प्रयोग गर्दै हुनुहुन्छ। UDL शिक्षणको यस्तो पद्धति हो जसले विद्यार्थीहरूलाई सिक्ने, कक्षामा सहभागी हुने र आफ्नो ज्ञान प्रदर्शन गर्ने विभिन्न विकल्पहरू प्रदान गर्दछ, ताकि सबै प्रकारका सिकारुहरू सफल हुन सकून्।

"पाँच दिने PRP तालिमको क्रममा हामीले (UDL ) का विभिन्न औजार, विधि र सिद्धान्तहरू बारे ज्ञान हासिल गर्यौं। UDL ले शिक्षालाई कसरी प्रभावकारी बनाउन सक्छ भन्ने कुरा हामीले सिक्यौं। अब म ती सिकाइहरूलाई वास्तविक कार्यक्षेत्रमा लागू गर्ने सोचमा छु।"

शैक्षणिक स्रोत व्यक्तिहरू विद्यालयहरूसँग नजिक रहेर काम गर्छन् र प्रायः उनीहरू सोही समुदायका हुन्छन्। सीतादेवीको हकमा पनि यही लागू हुन्छ। यसले गर्दा उहाँलाई स्थानीय समस्या तथा चुनौतीहरू बुझ्न र शिक्षकहरूलाई व्यावहारिक सहयोग पुर्‍याउन मद्दत पुगेको छ।

"म कक्षाकोठाहरूको अनुगमन गर्न र शिक्षकहरूलाई नयाँ शिक्षण विधिहरू अपनाउन मद्दत गर्न चाहन्छु।"

“I was born and raised here, so I want to contribute back to my society”, Sitadevi Khatri, a Pedagogical Resource Person from Kanakasundari-5, Jumla.

TECSES trains Pedagogical Resource Persons (PRPs) in Karnali to support better teaching and learning in schools.

Sitadevi joined our training in Surkhet, where she learned new tools and methods, including Universal Design for Learning (UDL). She is now applying these skills to support teachers in her own community. UDL is an approach to teaching that offers different ways for students to learn, engage, and show what they know so that all learners can succeed.

“While we were in PRP training for five days, we learned about different tools, methods and principles of UDL. We learnt how UDL can make education effective. I am now thinking of implementing those in real life scenarios.”

PRPs work close to schools and are often from the same communities. This is also the case with Sitadevi. It helps her understand local challenges and provide practical, relevant support to teachers.

“I want to inspect classrooms and help teachers with new teaching methods.”

TECSES ले सुदूरपश्चिममा आफ्नो काम औपचारिक रूपमा शुभारम्भ गरेको छ!

यो परियोजना सुदूरपश्चिम प्रदेशमा सामाजिक विकास मन्त्री माननीय मेघराज खड्का, र सामाजिक विकास मन्त्रालयका सचिव डा. हेमराज रेग्मी तथा TECSES का राष्ट्रिय परियोजना निर्देशक दुर्गा कँडेल र प्रमुख प्राविधिक सल्लाहकार एइजा-रीट्टा किन्नुनेनको उपस्थितिमा सुरु गरिएको हो।

सुदूरपश्चिममा TECSES ले प्रदेश र स्थानीय सरकारहरू तथा सुदूरपश्चिम विश्वविद्यालयसँग नजिकबाट सहकार्य गर्दै शिक्षक शिक्षाको दीर्घकालीन विकासलाई सहयोग गर्नेछ। TECSES का प्रमुख साझेदारहरूमा सामाजिक विकास मन्त्रालय, शिक्षा विकास निर्देशनालय, प्रदेश शिक्षा तालिम केन्द्र, र शिक्षा विकास तथा समन्वय इकाई रहेका छन्।

यस परियोजनाले प्रदेशका ९ वटा स्थानीय तहहरूसँग पनि सहकार्य गर्दछ, जसले विद्यालय र शिक्षकलाई सहयोग गर्न महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका खेल्छन्। TECSES सँग मिलेर सुदूरपश्चिम विश्वविद्यालयले स्नातक तहको शिक्षक शिक्षा कार्यक्रम सुरु गर्नेछ। यी संयुक्त प्रयासहरूले प्रदेशभरि बलियो स्थानीय स्वामित्वसहित समन्वित रूपमा शिक्षा प्रणालीलाई सुदृढ बनाउन सहयोग गर्नेछन्।

TECSES has officially started its work in Sudurpaschim!

The project was launched in Sudurpaschim Province by the Honorable Minister of Social Development, Megh Raj Khadka, and Secretary of MoSD, Dr. Hem Raj Regmi in the presence of National Project Director, Durga Kandel, and Chief Technical Advisor of TECSES, Eija-Riitta Kinnunen.

In Sudurpaschim, TECSES will work closely with provincial and local governments, as well as Far Western University, to support long-term development in teacher education in the region. Key partners of TECSES include the Ministry of Social Development, Education Development Directorate, Provincial Education Training Centre, and Education Development and Coordination Unit.

The project also works with 9 local governments in the province, which play an important role in supporting schools and teachers. Together with TECSES, Far Western University will launch a bachelor-level teacher education programme. These joint efforts will help strengthen the education system in a coordinated way, with strong local ownership across the province. TECSES looks forward to working with all partners in Sudurpaschim.

TECSES ले मधेश प्रदेशमा आफ्नो कामको आरम्भ गर्यो!

मधेश प्रदेशका शिक्षा तथा संस्कृति मन्त्री माननीय रानी कुमारी तिवारी, नेपाल सरकारको शिक्षा, विज्ञान तथा प्रविधि मन्त्रालयका सहसचिव शिव सापकोटा र शिक्षा तथा संस्कृति मन्त्रालयका सचिव दिलिप ठाकुरज्यूले मधेश प्रदेशमा यस परियोजनाको औपचारिक शुभारम्भ गर्नुभयो।

मधेश प्रदेशमा TECSES ले दीर्घकालीन शिक्षक शिक्षा विकासका लागि प्रादेशिक तथा स्थानीय सरकारहरूका साथै मधेश विश्वविद्यालयसँग नजिकबाट सहकार्य गर्नेछ। प्रमुख साझेदारहरूमा शिक्षा तथा संस्कृति मन्त्रालय, शिक्षा विकास निर्देशनालय, शिक्षा तालिम केन्द्र, र शिक्षा विकास तथा समन्वय इकाई रहेका छन्।

TECSES kicked off its work in Madhesh!

The project was officially launched in Madhesh Province by the honorable Minister of Education and Culture, Rani Kumari Tiwari, the Joint Secretary for Ministry of Education, Science and Technology, Shiva Sapkota as well as Secretary of Ministry of Education and Culture, Dilip Thakur.

In Madhesh, TECSES will work closely with provincial and local governments, as well as Madhesh University, to support long-term development in teacher education. Key partners include the Ministry of Education and Culture, Education Development Directorate, Provincial Education Training Centre, and Education Development and Coordination Unit.

The project also collaborates with eight local governments in the province, which play an important role in supporting schools and teachers. Together with TECSES, Madhesh University will launch a diploma-level teacher education programme.
These joint efforts will help strengthen the education system in a coordinated way, with strong local ownership across the province. TECSES is looking forward to working along with our partners.

सुदूरपश्चिममा विद्यालयहरूले लैङ्गिक समानतालाई अगाडि बढाइरहेका छन् । 🙌📚

सुदूरपश्चिममा धेरै विद्यालयहरूले लैङ्गिक समानता सुदृढ गर्न काम गरिरहेका छन्। उनीहरूले बालिकाहरूको सहभागिता बढाइरहेका छन्, अभिभावकहरूलाई संलग्न गराइरहेका छन्, र अझ सुरक्षित तथा समावेशी सिकाइ वातावरण सिर्जना गरिरहेका छन्।

यद्यपि, अझै पनि केही चुनौतीहरू छन्। गरिबी, बालविवाह, सीमित पूर्वाधार, र महिला शिक्षकहरूको अभावले बालिकाहरूको शिक्षामा असर पारिरहेको छ।

Schools are driving gender equality in Sudurpashchim 🙌📚

In Sudurpashchim, many schools are working to strengthen gender equality. They are encouraging girls’ participation, engaging parents, and creating safer and more inclusive learning environments.

At the same time, challenges remain. Poverty, early marriage, limited infrastructure, and a shortage of female teachers still affect girls’ education.

अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय नारी दिवसका अवसरमा: उनको दृष्टिकोण 👩‍🏫

अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय नारी दिवस प्रत्येक वर्ष मार्च ८ मा मनाइन्छ। यस अवसरमा TECSES, LACC Project, Nepal र SUSWA ले नेपाली महिलाहरूका आवाजलाई उजागर गर्न तथा लैङ्गिक समानता र महिला तथा बालिकाहरूका अधिकारबारेमा झल्काउन सहकार्य गरिरहेका छन्।

TECSES ले कर्णाली प्रदेशको सिम्ता गाउँपालिका स्थित नेपाल राष्ट्रिय प्राथमिक विद्यालयकी शिक्षिका राधिका कुमारी खत्रीसँग अन्तरवार्ता गरेको छ। राधिकासँग प्रारम्भिक बाल विकास क्षेत्रमा ११ वर्षको शिक्षण अनुभव छ र उहाँ कक्षा ४ लाई स्वास्थ्य विषय पनि अध्यापन गर्नुहुन्छ। उहाँले नेपाली विद्यालयहरूमा महिला तथा बालिकाहरूका अधिकारबारे आफ्ना धारणा बताउनु भएको छ।

“मेरो समुदायमा शिक्षकलाई उच्च सम्मान दिइने भएकाले म शिक्षक बन्न प्रेरित भएँ। मेरो गाउँमा मानिसहरूले शिक्षकलाई बालबालिकाको उज्ज्वल भविष्य निर्माण गर्ने मार्गदर्शकको रूपमा हेर्छन्। त्यही सम्मान र जिम्मेवारीले मलाई यो पेशा रोज्न प्रेरित गर्‍यो।

मलाई लाग्छ कि विद्यालयहरूले छाउपडी जस्ता हानिकारक अभ्यासहरूलाई सम्बोधन गरेर बालिकाहरूलाई अझ राम्रो सहयोग गर्न सक्छन्। यस्ता अभ्यासका नकारात्मक प्रभावबारे परिवार र विद्यार्थीहरूलाई जानकारी गराउन विद्यालय र समुदाय दुवैमा सचेतना कार्यक्रम सञ्चालन गर्न सकिन्छ। जनचेतना फैलाएर र खुला छलफललाई प्रोत्साहन गरेर विद्यालयहरूले बालिकाहरूका लागि अझ सुरक्षित र सहयोगी वातावरण सिर्जना गर्न सक्छन्।

एक महिला शिक्षिकाको रूपमा, म बालिकाहरूले भोग्ने धेरै चुनौतीहरू बुझ्छु, जस्तै महिनावारीसम्बन्धी कुरीति, बालविवाह र लैङ्गिक विभेद। त्यसैले म उनीहरूलाई सुरक्षित र सुझबुझपूर्ण तरिकाले सहयोग गर्न सक्छु। महिला शिक्षिकाहरूले बालिकाहरूलाई विद्यालयमा निरन्तरता दिन प्रोत्साहन गर्न महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका खेल्न सक्छन्।

मेरो लागि कक्षाकोठामा लैङ्गिक समानता भन्नाले प्रत्येक विद्यार्थीलाई समान अवसर दिनु हो। उत्कृष्ट प्रदर्शन गर्ने विद्यार्थी होस् वा थप सहयोग आवश्यक पर्ने होस्, सबैले बराबर सिक्ने र सम्मानित हुने अवसर पाउनुपर्छ। कसैले पनि विभेदको सामना गर्नु हुँदैन ।”

On International Women’s Day: Her Perspective 👩‍🏫

International Women’s Day is celebrated every year on 8 March. To mark this day, TECSES, LACC Project, Nepal and SUSWA are joining forces to highlight the voices of Nepali women and reflect on gender equality and women’s and girls’ rights.

TECSES interviewed Radhika Kumari Khatri, a teacher at Nepal Rashtriya Primary School in Karnali. Radhika has 11 years of experience working in Early Childhood Development and also teaches Health to fourth graders. She shares her views on women’s and girls’ rights in Nepali schools.

“I was inspired to become a teacher because of the high respect teachers hold within my community. In my village, people see teachers as guides who help children build a bright future. Seeing that respect and responsibility inspired me to choose this profession.

I believe schools can better support girls by addressing harmful practices such as Chhaupadi. Schools can organize awareness programs both within the school and in the wider community to educate families and students about the negative impacts of such practices. By raising awareness and encouraging open discussion, schools can help create a safer and more supportive environment for girls.

As a female teacher, I understand many of the challenges girls face, such as menstruation stigma, early marriage, and gender discrimination. Because of this, I can support them in a way that feels safe and understanding. Female teachers can play an important role in encouraging girls to stay in school.

For me, gender equality in the classroom means giving equal opportunities to every student. Whether a student is high-performing or needs more support, everyone deserves the same respect and chance to learn. No one should face discrimination.”

हाम्रो मधेश प्रदेशमा स्थानीय तह भ्रमणका केही झलकहरू यहाँ प्रस्तुत छन्। छनोट गरिएका स्थानीय तहहरूमा परियोजना कार्यान्वयन सुरु भएसँगै TECSES ले सन् 2026 को सुरुआतमा आफ्नो मधेश कार्यालय स्थापना गरेको हो।

यी भ्रमणहरूले स्थानीय नेतृत्वहरू र शिक्षा प्रतिनिधिहरूलाई एकै ठाउँमा ल्याएर TECSES का लक्ष्य, कार्यान्वयनका दृष्टिकोण र सहकार्यका व्यावहारिक उपायहरूबारे छलफल गर्ने अवसर प्रदान गरे। छलफलहरू सुरुदेखि नै मजबुद साझेदारी निर्माण गर्ने र प्रभावकारी सहकार्य सुनिश्चित गर्ने विषयमा केन्द्रित थिए। छनोट गरिएका स्थानीय तहमध्ये दुई वटा स्थानीय तहले परियोजना साझेदारी तथा प्रारम्भिक बैठक सम्पन्न गरिसकेका छन् भने अन्य स्थानीय तहहरू प्रक्रिया मै रहेका छन्।

मधेशमा TECSES को सफलताका लागि स्थानीय तहसँग बलियो सहकार्य अत्यन्त आवश्यक छ। हामी सबैले मिलेर शिक्षक शिक्षालाई सुदृढ बनाउने र नेपालका प्रत्येक बालबालिकाका लागि गुणस्तरीय तथा समावेशी शिक्षा प्रवर्द्धन गर्ने साझा प्रतिबद्धता पुनः पुष्टि गरेका छौँ।

Here are some highlights from our local level visits in Madhesh Province. TECSES opened its Madhesh office in early 2026, as the project started implementation in selected local governments.

These visits brought together local leaders and education representatives to discuss the goals of TECSES, its implementation approach, and practical ways to work together. The discussions focused on building strong partnerships and ensuring effective collaboration from the beginning. Of the selected local governments, two have already completed their Project Sharing and Inception Meetings, while the others are in the process.

Strong cooperation at the local level is essential for the success of TECSES in Madhesh. Together, we reaffirmed our shared commitment to strengthening teacher education and promoting quality and inclusive education for every child in Nepal.

TECSES संघीय तहमा समावेशी शिक्षाको विस्तृत स्रोत सामग्री विकास गर्न कार्यरत छ। यी सामग्रीहरूले नेपालका सबै शिक्षकहरूलाई समावेशी शिक्षासम्बन्धी भावी तालिममा सहयोग पुर्‍याउनेछन् 👩‍🏫👨‍🏫

यस कार्यलाई अगाडि बढाउन शिक्षा तथा मानव स्रोत विकास केन्द्र (CERHD) का प्रमुख पदाधिकारीहरू मस्यौदाका विषयवस्तु, सत्र योजनाहरू र कार्यविधिहरूको समीक्षा गर्न भेला भए। उनीहरूले प्रस्तावित समावेशी तालिमका विधिहरूको सान्दर्भिकता तथा वास्तविक कक्षाकोठाको सन्दर्भमा तिनको व्यावहारिक प्रयोगबारे मूल्यांकन गरे।🏫🤝

सबै नेपाली बालबालिकाहरुका विविध सिकाइ आवश्यकताहरू सम्बोधन गर्न समावेशी शिक्षामा प्रभावकारी शिक्षक तयारी अत्यावश्यक छ, जसमा अपाङ्गता भएका बालबालिका तथा अन्य सीमान्तकृत समूहका बालबालिकाहरू पनि समावेश छन्।

यी समावेशी शिक्षाको विस्तृत स्रोत सामग्रीहरूले नेपालको शिक्षक दक्षता प्रारूप र अन्य प्रमुख नीतिगत दस्तावेजहरूसँग समन्वय गरिनेछन्। यसले समावेशीतालाई सम्पूर्ण शिक्षा प्रणालीमा अन्तरसम्बन्धित विषयका रूपमा स्थापित गर्न सहयोग पुर्‍याउनेछ। समावेशीताप्रति दिगो तथा पूर्णतावादी दृष्टिकोण अपनाउँदै, नेपाली शिक्षा प्रणालीले प्रत्येक बालबालिकाको गुणस्तरीय शिक्षाको अधिकार सुनिश्चित गर्न सक्छ 🎓✨

TECSES is working at the federal level to develop comprehensive and inclusive education resource materials. These materials will support the future training of all teachers in Nepal on inclusive education.👩‍🏫👨‍🏫

To move this work forward, key officers from the Center for Education, Human Resource and Development (CERHD) gathered to review the draft content areas, session plans and methodologies. They assessed the relevance and practical application of the proposed inclusive training approaches in real classroom contexts. 🏫🤝

Effective teacher preparation on inclusive education is essential to address the diverse learning needs of all Nepali children, including children with disabilities and those from other marginalized groups.

These comprehensive and inclusive education materials will be aligned with Nepal’s Teacher Competency Framework and other key policy documents. This will help ensure that inclusion becomes a cross-cutting issue across the entire education system. With a sustainable and holistic approach to inclusion, the Nepali education system can ensure that every child’s right to quality education is fulfilled. 🎓✨
