On the joyful occasion of Bijaya Dashami, we invite you all to join us for a short 'Mantra Healing Meditation' program which is absolutely free and is held on zoom from October 4th-9th, 2024, (Sharp 8PM) led by the senior Art of Living faculty Yogi Ram Pandey, who has been teaching meditation and yoga for the past 30 years. सुभ नवरात्री! यी नौ दिन भक्तिमय, आनन्दमय र आध्यात्मिक उपलब्धिपूर्ण होउन्!

नवरात्रीमा जगदम्बा भगवतीका नौ स्वरपको पूजा गरिन्छ, यी नौ स्वरूप देवीको जीवनीका नौ चरण हुन्। यी देवीको एउटा पुत्रीदेखि आमा र आमादेखि शक्तिस्वरूपा आदिसक्ती सम्मको यात्रालाई देखाउँछन्।

शैलपुत्री; शैल (हिमालय) की पुत्री देवी पार्वतीको पहिलो र विशुद्ध स्वरूप हो। यो उनको शैशवको चित्र हो जहाँ उनी आफ्ना पिताका नामले चिनिन्छिन्।
