Concluding day of the 2-day Professional Development Workshop successfully focused on practical techniques for problem solving, the importance of building meaningful connections with students, and engaging classroom activities that promote active participation and joyful learning. Teachers enthusiastically shared experiences, reflected on classroom challenges, and explored innovative strategies to create positive and student-centered learning environments. Grateful to all the participants for their active involvement, energy, and commitment toward making learning more effective and engaging for every child.

Successfully conducted the first day of a professional development workshop at Ira School. The session focused on understanding different intelligences in students and ways to design assignments and activities accordingly. Teachers actively engaged, shared insights, and reflected on making classrooms more inclusive and student-centered. The energy and enthusiasm in the room were truly encouraging, setting a positive tone for the upcoming sessions.

Successfully conducted a 2-day workshop at Nawa Diksh*t Pathshala focusing on effective classroom management, problem-solving strategies, and practical classroom activities. The sessions were highly interactive, with teachers actively engaging in discussions, sharing experiences, and exploring new approaches to handle diverse classroom situations. Emphasis was given on creating a positive learning environment, building strong teacher-student connections, and using simple yet impactful techniques that can be implemented immediately. The energy, enthusiasm, and openness to learn shown by the teachers made the workshop truly meaningful and inspiring. Looking forward to seeing these ideas come alive in classrooms!

The second day focused on understanding Multiple Intelligences (MI) and how it can be effectively applied in classroom teaching to address diverse learning needs. The enthusiasm, curiosity, and active participation shown by the teachers made the session truly memorable and impactful.

The concluding day of the 3-day teacher’s workshop conducted by Bajra Educure at Trungram International Academy (TIA) was truly impactful and inspiring. The third day focused on practical and engaging approaches such as problem-solving techniques, building meaningful connections in the classroom, and the effective use of Think–Pair–Share strategies to enhance student participation and collaboration. The enthusiasm, energy, and active involvement shown by the teachers made the entire experience memorable and rewarding.

This journey would remain incomplete without expressing heartfelt gratitude to the respected Principal Ma’am and the entire TIA team for their warm hospitality, continuous support, and commitment towards professional growth.

Bajra Educure successfully conducted Day 2 of the training session at Trungram International Academy, where teachers explored practical and effective strategies to manage children with ADHD, ASD, and those who are often restless in the classroom, conducted by Ruju Pokharel. The session focused on understanding diverse learner needs, promoting inclusive practices, and applying behavior management techniques with empathy and patience. Day 1: Bajra Educure organized a powerful and insightful workshop for the teachers of Vinayak Shanti Niketan School on the theme “Pedagogy Shift: From Teaching to Transforming Learning," by Pradip Bajracharya and Namila Shakya. The session was highly engaging, thought-provoking, and practical, enabling teachers to reflect on their current practices and reimagine their roles as facilitators of meaningful learning.

The workshop created a space for collaboration, self-reflection, and professional growth, leaving participants motivated to bring positive transformation into their teaching practices. It was truly encouraging to witness the enthusiasm and openness of the teachers towards embracing change for the betterment of student learning outcomes.
