We’re looking for passionate and creative individuals for the following traineeship roles at Aakar Education.

Content Creator Trainee (1 Position)
📌 What you'll learn: Graphic Design Fundamentals, Branding and Social Media Design, Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Premiere Pro
📆 Duration: 3–6 months
💸 Stipend: NPR 5,000/month

Marketing Trainee (2 Positions)
📌 What you'll learn: Market Research, Marketing Plans Formulation and Implementation, Digital Marketing Strategies and Ex*****on, Research on AI in Marketing, Exploration of various AI tools for Marketing Industry
📆 Duration: 3–6 months
💸 Stipend: NPR 5,000/month

Business Development Trainee (1 Position)
📌 What you'll learn: Product and Market Research, Product Development Proposal, Market and Industry Research, Lead generation, Partnership Outreach, Proposal writing, CRM tools, Business Strategy
📆 Duration: 3–6 months
💸 Stipend: NPR 5,000/month
Eligibility: Must be a bachelor’s student currently enrolled (any year)

Selection Procedure: Shortlisted candidates shall only be called upon for the interview. After the interview process, candidates shall be hired for 3-6 months depending upon the candidates level of base knowledge required for the position.

Working Hours: Time commitment of at least 20-30 Hours Per Week. We have flexible working modes depending upon the situation as far as the commitment hours are met no matter from where they work.
