विद्यालयले सुरु गरेको यस नयाँ प्रणालीमार्फत अभिभावक र विद्यालयबीचको सञ्चारलाई छिटो, प्रभावकारी र पारदर्शी बनाउने लक्ष्य लिएको जनाएको छ। अब अभिभावकहरूले आफ्ना बालबालिकासँग सम्बन्धित हाजिरी, गृहकार्य, नतिजा, शुल्क विवरण, परीक्षा तालिका तथा विद्यालयका विभिन्न सूचनाहरू मोबाइल एपमार्फत सहज रूपमा प्राप्त गर्न सक्नेछन्।

यस अवसरमा विद्यालयका प्रधानाध्यापक किरण कुमार श्रेष्ठले भने, “आजको डिजिटल युगमा शिक्षा प्रणालीलाई प्रविधिसँग जोड्नु अपरिहार्य भइसकेको छ। यस मोबाइल एप र LMS मार्फत हामी अभिभावक र विद्यालयबीचको दूरी घटाउँदै विद्यार्थीको शैक्षिक प्रगतिको वास्तविक समयमै निगरानी गर्न सक्ने वातावरण सिर्जना गर्न चाहन्छौं। यसले पारदर्शिता र उत्तरदायित्वलाई थप मजबुत बनाउने विश्वास लिएका छौं।”

विद्यालय प्रशासनका अनुसार डिजिटल प्रणालीको प्रयोगले शिक्षण–सिकाइ प्रक्रियालाई अझ व्यवस्थित, उत्तरदायी र प्रभावकारी बनाउने अपेक्षा गरिएको छ। साथै, अभिभावकको सक्रिय सहभागितामार्फत विद्यार्थीको शैक्षिक प्रगति अनुगमन गर्न पनि यसले महत्वपूर्ण सहयोग पुर्‍याउने विश्वास गरिएको छ।

प्रविधिको बढ्दो प्रयोगसँगै शिक्षा क्षेत्र पनि डिजिटल रूपान्तरणतर्फ अग्रसर भइरहेका बेला काठमाडौं न्यू क्यासल स्कुलको यो पहललाई एक महत्वपूर्ण कदमका रूपमा हेरिएको छ।
