Shikshyarthi seeks a dedicated School Partnership Coordinator to serve as our representative within partner schools. This role is crucial for maintaining a strong, supportive relationship between our organization and the schools we collaborate with. The Coordinator will focus on monitoring educational environments, gathering student performance data, and reporting back to Shikshyarthi to facilitate targeted support and improvements.

𝑲𝒆𝒚 𝑹𝒆𝒔𝒑𝒐𝒏𝒔𝒊𝒃𝒊𝒍𝒊𝒕𝒊𝒆𝒔:
- Act as the primary Shikshyarthi representative within partner schools, embodying our values and commitment to enhancing education.
- Regularly observe and gather information on the school's educational practices, challenges, and student outcomes without engaging in direct intervention.
- Communicate effectively with school administrators and staff to maintain a positive and collaborative relationship.
- Compile detailed reports on school performance and needs, ensuring Shikshyarthi has accurate and timely information to support decision-making.
- Attend meetings and events at the school as necessary to represent Shikshyarthi and stay informed about the school's activities and developments.

𝑸𝒖𝒂𝒍𝒊𝒇𝒊𝒄𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒔:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage respectfully and effectively with diverse school communities.
- Keen observational skills and a detail-oriented approach to gathering and reporting information.
- A background in education, community relations, or a related field, with a understanding of school operations and challenges.
- The ability to work independently, managing time and tasks effectively while being the face of Shikshyarthi within the school environment.
