Australia मा Student Visa (sub class-500) मा apply गर्नको लागि processing (प्रक्रिया) र के के document हरु चाहिन्छ भन्ने student हरुको जिज्ञाशामा ReFlection Education" genuine information / suggestions ।

Step 1 : (Offer Letter मगाउनको लागि)
पहिले त तपाईँले कुन City जाने, कुन Course र कुन University / College मा पढ्ने fix गर्नु पर्ने हुन्छ ।
यस्को लागि चाहिने document हरु निम्नानुसार छन् ।
१) Application Form / Other Informations ( जस्तै Statement of Purpose [SOP], Additional Handwritten SOP, Curriculum Vitae [CV], Pre-Application Checklist, Student Declaration, Commitment Letter, SVP Form/Checklist / अन्य ) हरु चाहिँ University / College हरुको माग अनुसार फरक हुन्छ ।
२) Passport
३) Academic Documents ( SLC – Mark Sheet, Character, Provisional / +2 – Transcript, Character, Provisional / PCL Nursing – Transcript, Character, Provisional, Registration Certificate / Bachelor/Master – Transcript, Character, Provisional, Convocation Letter )
४) IELTS or PTE or TOEFL Certificate
५) Internship Certificate – यदि BBA or BHM भए
६) Work Experience Letter [Appointment Letter + Salary Slip] – यदि gap 6 महिना भए, work experience ले पुरा गर्ने
७) Marriage Registration Certificate – यदि married भए
यि document हरुको आधारमा University / College ले तपाईँलाई Offer Letter Issue गर्छन् ।
[ Offer Letter आउन सामन्यत 7 देखि 10 दिन सम्म लाग्छ । र कहिलेकाहिँ 1 महिना पनि लाग्न सक्छ । ]

Step 2 : (GTE Application – प्रमाण गर्न)
Offer Letter आईसकेपछि तपाईँले आफु GTE (Genuine Temporary Entrant) हो भन्ने प्रमाण दिनको लागि GTE document हरु तयार गर्नु पर्ने हुन्छ । Genuine Temporary Entrant भनेको चाहिँ अष्ट्रेलिया पढ्न जानको लागि हो । PR (Permanent Residence) को लागि होइन । तपार्इँ पढाई सक्काएर Australian Degree ले नेपालमा राम्रो जागिर वा अरु केहि गर्नु हुन्छ भन्ने धारणा हो ।
Offer Letter आईसकेपछि Tuition Fee/OSHC थाहा हुन्छ र त्यसपछि Bank Balance/Educational Loan कति चाहिन्छ भन्ने कुरा calculate गरेर पत्ता लगाउन सकिन्छ । / normally सबै University / College ले Bank तोकेको हुन्छ ।
यस्को लागि चाहिने document हरु निम्नानुसार छन् ।
१) Academic Documents (Certified Copies)
२) Passport – all pages (Certified Copies)
३) IELTS or PTE or TOEFL Certificate (Certified Copy)
४) Internship Certificate – यदि BBA or BHM भए (Certified Copy)
५) Work Experience Letter – यदि gap over 6 महिना भए (Certified Copy)
६) Supporting Documents (Merit Certificate, Membership/Training/Volunteer Certificate)
७) Marriage Registration Certificate + Photos (genuine) + dependent को passport र कुनै अवस्था मा Academic Documents, Work Experience Letter – यदि dependent ले पनि apply गर्ने भए
८) Relationship Certificates (applicant/dependent र sponsors देखाइ)
९) Affidavit of Support (sponsors को लागि)
१०) Bank Balance or Educational Loan ( यदि Bank Balance [3 महिना देखाउनै पर्छ अथवा त्यो पैसा कहाँ बाट Bank Account मा आयो देखाउनु पर्छ] – Statement of Account + Certificate of Account / यदि Educational Loan [1 महिना जति लाग्छ Educational Loan verify गर्न] – Loan Sanction Letter + Property Valuation Report )
११) Income Source Verification Documents [1.3 to 1.5 lakhs monthly – single को लागि] & [1.8 to 2 lakhs monthly – dependant को लागि]
Salary -> Working Recommendation Letter + Bank statement or Salary Slips or Ledgers
House Rent अथवा Land Lease -> Agreement (नेपाली कागज मा) + Citizenship Certificate or Business recommendation letter र Company Registration Certificate/PAN Certificate
Business Income -> Company Registration Certificate + PAN Certificate + Audit Report (2 years) + Bank Statement (यदि)
Agricultural Income -> Property Deed (Lalpurja) [अधिक्तम 20 to 40% i.e. 20000 to 40,000 प्रती बर्ष - जग्गा को क्षेत्रफल अनुसार]
Income from abroad -> Nepalese passport (if still a citizen of Nepal) + Passport from foreign country + Citizenship certificate from foreign country (if a citizen of foreign country) + Working Recommendation Letter + Bank statement or Salary Slips or Ledgers
Income from pension -> Pension book/certificate + Bank statement
[सबै income को श्रोत नगरपालिका अथवा गाउपलिका बाट verify गर्ने (tax clearance चाहिन सक्छ)]
[Translate Documents as well as certify them + Sponsor’s Citizenship (if)]
[Consent Letter – if the applicant is under 18 + birth certificate]
१२) Statement of Purpose [SOP], and other documents University / College हरुको माग अनुसार
यि document हरुको आधारमा University / College ले तपाईको GTE approve गर्छन् र payment instruction पठाउछन् । त्यस्को आधारमा University / College लाई पैसा पठाउनु पर्छ ।
[ GTE approve हुन सामन्यत 15 दिन सम्म लाग्छ । र कहिलेकाहिँ 1 महिना पनि लाग्न सक्छ । ]

Step 3 : (COE [Confirmation of Eligibility] Application)
Payment instruction पाईसक्नु भएपछी University / College लाई पैसा पठाउनु पर्छ । तर पैसा पठाउनु अघी NOC [No Objection Certificate] बनाउनु पर्ने हुन्छ ।
