Help Post: 24-year-old Nepali student Binisha Koirala, who went to Canada on January 2024 faced a life-changing tragedy the next month. She was hit by two vehicles while returning home. The accident left her in a coma for 18 days and hospitalized for more than three months. Since then, she has been bedridden for over a year and a half, fighting through unimaginable pain and multiple surgeries.She has more than 18 severe injuries, 6 major surgeries with 25% of her liver removed, Spinal cord damage, Hip dislocation, serious injuries to both legs, left hand nerve damage and a recent knee surgery.
She can’t walk or take care of herself and is completely dependent on others. She is no longer a student and has no income to cover basic needs like rent, food, and ongoing medical expenses.

With the support of NRNA Canada, a GoFundMe campaign has been launched to help her survive and recover. But the journey ahead is still long, and she needs our help more than ever.
