🚨 IMPORTANT UPDATE FOR NURSING STUDENTS — PTE Requirements Just Changed!

If you’re sitting your PTE Academic on or after 23 April 2026, the AHPRA English language requirements for Nursing Registration have been updated.

Here’s what you need to know:
PTE Academic — New Minimum Scores:
• Overall: 63
• Listening: 58
• Reading: 59
• Writing: 60
• Speaking: 76 (this one is high — start practising now)

Using two test sittings? You can combine results from up to 2 sittings within a 12-month period, BUT:
• You must score at least 63 overall in each sitting
• No component can fall below: L 53 | R 54 | W 60 | S 66

📌 This applies to tests taken at a testing centre. OET (profession-specific) is also accepted.

👉 Don’t sit your PTE without checking these updated requirements first.
