At the Losar cultural program at Tergar Osel Ling Monastery, our students stepped into the role of guides, leading a gentle breathing meditation with calm confidence. They then moved into chanting, their beautiful melody weaving a shared space of stillness, presence, and connection for all who had gathered to celebrate Losar.🌿
