The center-to-left power (on the basis of issues and agendas) has not been almost non-existent since 2013. Now again, there will be fulfilled or not to end the suzerainty of center-to-right and center forces in HoR ‘parliament’, that will be determined the future of Center-to-left and Maoist as well.
