The school organized a formal ceremony for the handover of appointment letters to the teachers.

During the programme the School Commandant Superintendent of APF, Nepal Pramod Kumar Bharati and the School Principal Raj Kumar Pyakurel formally handed over the appointment letter to the teachers.

On the occasion, the School Commandant motivated and encouraged the teachers to carry out their responsibilities with dedication, professionalism and a strong sense of commitment. He emphasized the importance of maintaining professional conduct and urged the teachers to keep students at the centre of the teaching-learning activities.

A formal See You Again and Welcome Programme was organized at Nepal APF School, Kohalpur to bid farewell to the outgoing Chairman of the School Management Committee Senior Superintendent of APF, Nepal Narendra Bam and to formally welcome the newly appointed Chairman of the School Management Committee Senior Superintendent of APF, Nepal Chitrangat Dahal who has recently assumed the responsibility of Commandant of Naubasta Constable Training Center.

The programme was graced by the presence of SSP Narendra Bam, Commandant of Naubasta Constable Training Center; SSP Chitrangat Dahal newly appointed Commandant of Naubasta Constable Training Center and Chairman of the School Management Committee, School Commandant Superintendent of APF, Nepal Pramod Kumar Bharati, School Principal Raj Kumar Pyakurel, senior and junior officers of APF, teachers, and student representatives.

During the programme, the School Commandant and the Principal formally welcomed SSP Chitrangat Dahal as the newly appointed Chairman of the School Management Committee. On the occasion the School Commandant presented a token of love and appreciation on behalf of the school to SSP Narendra Bam in recognition of his valuable contribution and leadership. The Principal, along with the school family extended a warm farewell with bouquets and best wishes for his new responsibility.

Addressing the gathering SSP Narendra Bam shared his reflections and appreciation for the school highlighting its progress, achievements and positive development. He expressed his best wishes for the continued success and further advancement of Nepal APF School, Kohalpur.

The school family extends its heartfelt gratitude to SSP Narendra Bam for his valuable leadership, guidance and contribution and warmly welcomes SSP Chitrangat Dahal as the new Chairman of the School Management Committee.

Following the Parent-Teacher Meeting (PTM) for Grade IX and X, all students from Grade IV-X departed for their summer vacation.

Guru Purnima programme was organised by the students of Grade X at School.

The programme was graced by School Commandant Superintendent of Armed Police Force, Nepal Pramod Kumar Bharati as the Chief Guest. The event was attended by the School Principal Raj Kumar Pyakurel, senior and junior APF officers, teachers, gurus, sisters and students from Grade IV to X.

The Chief Guest inaugurated the programme by lighting the ceremonial lamp symbolising the dispelling of ignorance through the light of knowledge.

On the occasion, outstanding performers in co-curricular activities were honoured with prize and certificate presented by the Chief Guest in recognition of their achievements. The students exhibited a variety of colourful and vibrant cultural performances and organised a Talent Hunt programme as a heartfelt tribute to their teachers, gurus and sisters.

As a mark of gratitude and respect on the auspicious occasion of Guru Purnima, the students presented token of appreciation to the Chief Guest, School Principal and all the teachers Gurus and sisters.
The Chief Guest highly appreciated the students' excellent organisation of the programme and inspired them to continue striving for excellence in both academics and Extra Curricular Activities

The celebration also featured the Guru Purnima Cake-Cutting Ceremony jointly performed by the Chief Guest and the School Principal adding joy and warmth to the occasion.

The programme was gracefully conducted with a welcome note delivered by the School Head Boy and vote of thanks by the School Head Girl.
