As a presenter on the team, you’ll be working with an amazing management team and creative group of animators that will help break the gap between our tedious education system and a world with imagination. Job Type: Project Based

Major Responsibilities:
• the presenter needs to be an expert in their area to be able to share his or her knowledge in a way that’ll sink in. Should be able to pass along his knowledge in a clear and didactic manner.
• Create and elaborate on suggestions for requested projects
• Suggest well-structured, interesting lessons to keep the students’ focus on the content prepared by self or prepared by content writer.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure consistency and accuracy of quality education
• Record on-air, shoot in a studio, depending on the script, usually read off of a script, but also must be knowledgeable about the topic that they are recording on.
• Present excellent live reporting skills and strong on-camera presentation skills
• Strong research skills, including the ability to navigate online search engines
• Read scripts, rehearse scenes Exhibit broad ranges of emotions on cue, Improvise and Memorize lines of required
• Comprehend and execute direction from the creative director or project manager.

Job Type: Project Based Employment
Major Responsibilities:
• Research various design techniques to provide accurate designs for requested animations
• Create multiple design drafts and collaborate with teams for final direction
• Create and elaborate on suggestions for requested projects
• Utilize industry animation tools or methods to finalize animation projects
• Work collaboratively with other animators to ensure consistency and accuracy of animated designs
• Create high-quality animations by utilizing both hand key animation and motion capture data
• Recommend the best approaches to integrate 2-D components into final quality products
• Comprehend and execute direction from the creative director or project manager.
Qualifications and Skills
• Substantial knowledge in rigging 2D/3D characters
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud
• Must be able to adapt to a variety of workflows and maintain established style formats per channel.
• Must be able to work as part of a team
• Communicate effectively
• Great listening skills, time management skills
• Comfortable in meeting deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and consistency
• Able to generate work that appeals to a wide range of children.
• Excellent understanding of color theory and form.
