अब सीमापारिबाट तरकारी, औषधि, लत्ताकपडा वा नातासम्बन्धका सामग्री ल्याउँदा नागरिकले अपराधीझैँ शंकाको घेरामा उभिनु पर्ने अवस्था तत्कालका लागि अन्त्य भएको छ।

संवैधानिक परिषद् (काम, कर्तव्य, अधिकार र कार्यविधि) (पहिलो संशोधन) अध्यादेश, २०८३ सर्वसाधारणको जानकारीको लागि प्रकाशन गरिएको छ।
